Project Overview
The City of Tracy is building a new Aquatic Center for recreational and competitive use. The long-awaited Aquatic Center will be a community facility owned, operated, and programmed by the City of Tracy, offering recreational/competitive areas, swim lessons and more. The City Council ranked amenities in descending order of priority, as funding permits: 1) a 50-meter competition pool; 2) a recreation and warmup pool; 3) a lazy river; 4) water slides; 5) a toddler area; 6) an indoor pool (optional); and 7) a fitness center (optional).

Next Steps
The proposed timeline for the Aquatic Center is as follows. All dates are subject to change based on weather, equipment and material availability or other potential delays.

Project Location
The Aquatic Center will be built on the northwest corner of Summit Drive and Corral Hollow Road, located in South Tracy.
